Club Overview
What is Liquidity Club?
- Liquidity Club is an exclusive, invitation-only global community dedicated to accelerating revenue growth, extension into new markets and liquidity exits for post-seed mid-stage global startups. The Club profiles, tracks, matches, and connects high-potential tech and non-tech companies with a curated network of members including corporates, investors, and seasoned experts. Members gain access to strategic opportunities including market expansion, product bundling partnerships, and high-value collaborations, creating a powerful catalyst for scale and exit-readiness.
Members gain access to shared connections, a deep knowledge base, and directly relevant, dynamic content. Cutting-edge AI powers the Club’s platform and delivers real-time insights on growth and operational strategies, company financings and exit eventsโincluding funding rounds, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.
What is Liquidity Club's mission?
To help innovative mid-stage tech and non-tech startups succeed by connecting them with the right resources, relationships, and expertise within the global Club community to increase revenue, source capital, and achieve meaningful liquidation events. The Club is the world’s most advanced management support community and resource hub for the very best mid-stage companies.
Who founded Liquidity Club?
Liquidity Club was founded by a team of recognized and accomplished Silicon Valley veterans including:
- Mark White – CEO (founding partner and head of strategy for White Summers, founder/CEO of Tsunami Investments, and a board member of and/or strategy advisor to numerous companies in US and EU)
- David Smith – CTO (founder/CEO of Silicon Valley High School, Silicon Valley Business School, and Tynax)
- Scott Axelrod – COO (leading executive with AARP, AOL-Time Warner, and Vistage)
- Harry Blount – CIO (founder/CEO of Discern Analytics, more than 20 years of executive and financial experience on Wall Street including senior roles with Lehman Bros, Credit Suisse First Boston, DLJ, and CIBC Oppenheimer)
Who can join Liquidity Club?
Startups, investors, and expert service providers who meet our eligibility criteria. Membership is by invitation and approval by the Club’s Selection Committee.
What problems are the Club solving for innovation companies?
Firstโto bridge orphaned mid-stage companies to liquidity: Mid-stage companies that are post-seed, pre-Series A are orphaned. Accelerators typically work with early-stage ventures, and institutional VCs invest in and support established growth companies. The Club was formed to address the unique situational requirements of post-seed innovation companies that need to bridge the gap to institutional capital and predictable revenueโbasically “operational liquidity.”
Secondโto reconnect the fractured post-pandemic global tech economy: Tech regions around the world in the post-pandemic global economy are now balkanized into distinct geographic regional economies in the EU, LATAM, CEE, EMEA, India, SE Asia, Asia, and Africa. Each region has its own sector players, ecosystems, and dynamics. Club members are the best mid-stage tech companies from all regions sharing connections and knowledge that facilitate market expansion, new revenue, and capital sourcing opportunitiesโenabling attractive growth and exits.
Thirdโto provide mature companies and teams with access to deep actionable real-time knowledge for decision-making: All companies need immediate access to real-time, relevant knowledge and data on innovation development, market trends, creative operational work-arounds, and company tracking towards objectivesโinformation that AI alone doesn’t provide. Connections to other member founders, executives, investors, experts, and corporates provide the business intelligence necessary to grow and succeed.
Fourthโto provide visibility and connection to the best of the best: No company, no founder, and no executive can waste time. Only meaningful connections are useful. The Club’s membership is vetted, qualified, deeply profiled, and categorized for easy identification and outreach.
Fifthโto identify and provide access to vetted experts covering everything that matters: Identifying and connecting with the right experts to help in unique situations and in different areas of the world is not easy. The Club enables this.
Finallyโto organize and host substantive point-specific events and discussions on complex, dynamic topics in techโnot mumbo-jumbo: Most tech meetups and conferences are regional and genericโand largely off-point to the specific needs and interests of CEOs. The Club forum events are constructed to be point-specific to members with common sector, regional, or functional interests and needs. Members group themselves by interest, and live discussions or asynchronous streaming chat discussions are hosted by experts with specific domain expertise.
Why is the Club different from other networking communities or tools/content platforms?
Only the best mid-stage global companies are members. The Club’s experts, tools, content, events, and database of investors plus corporates primarily focus on mid-stage and mezzanine stage companies. The Club platform enables CEOs to identify and acquire the resources, knowledge, and connections they actually need and not waste time. Tech is global and so is the Club, facilitating dealmaking everywhere. The Club’s mission is successful exits for our members. This ethos and direction is largely unaddressed in tech today.
How does the Club platform work?
The Club’s Value is in its Members: The Club members include vetted, qualified, and selected companies, experts, investors, corporates, and accelerators. Only qualified members are invited to join. The Club provides deep data and profiling which enables members to privately and directly identify and connect based on shared interests.
Events and Shared Interests Unite the Club Community: The Club maintains a revolving 6-week calendar of Club forum events consisting of live group webinars and asynchronous chats among members of all categories self-selected by areas of interest. Events are proposed and may be hosted by companies, experts, corporates, and investors once approved by the Club. The Club provides scheduling, online platform support, promotion, and event moderation. Event content is made available to all members in the Club library.
The Club Platform enables Members to Support Each Other: Through CEO-to-CEO connections, CEO connections to experts, investors and corporatesโand private discussions and events among member communities. Investors can connect and communicate with other investors in the investor room. Experts can connect in the experts room.
The Club Library provides a 24×7 resource: In the Club Library, all members can access deep curated content on a mix of expected, critical, and complex issues involving company operations, structuring alternatives, strategic matters, tax and legal concerns, financial standards, modeling, and the likeโsegmented by industry, region and country, and functional area. Our knowledge base incorporates our Club research, uploads and contributions by other members including our expertsโand matters covered in our forum events. Materials can be easily searched and retrieved through “Melvil,” our AI-powered knowledge bot

Educational Resources
What content is provided?
Our educational content covers the crucial areas where mid-stage companies typically need the most help. You’ll find comprehensive resources on entrepreneurship fundamentals, fundraising strategies and financial modeling that actually work, sales and marketing approaches that scale, and the complex world of intellectual property protection. We also dive deep into M&A preparation and IPO readinessโbecause that’s ultimately where we want to help you get to.
How are courses delivered?
Courses are self-paced with access to video content, downloadable materials, and AI tutor support provided through the Silicon Valley Business School platform.
What does it cost? (Membership & Fees)
What's the cost of membership?
The Club’s approach on fees is simple: provide high return to members for a nominal investment, incentivizing viral growth and network synergies in the global tech market. Investors, experts, and accelerators pay nothing to join, and the Club does not charge a transaction fee or commission on dealmaking of any kind facilitated through the Club. Company members pay a monthly subscription fee of $125/month plus $75/month for each executive with access to the Club platform. To enable company members to gain full value from the Club, members are required to subscribe for a 6-month initial term with monthly subscription thereafter until terminated at the member’s election.
What membership categories are available?
We have four main types of members, each bringing something valuable to the community. Startups are companies that have demonstrated real traction and show clear potential for a liquidity eventโyou’re past the idea stage and have something concrete to build on. Investors are actively funding startups and looking for quality deal flow. Service providers are experts with proven track records who can help companies navigate specific challenges. And individual representatives are professionals who work with approved organizations or investor groupsโthey might be partners at VC firms, executives at corporate innovation labs, or senior people at established accelerators.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time via your account settings.
What are the verification costs?
Our partner Umazi offers basic company verification for $50 per company. Premium options are also available for deeper due diligence by commercial lenders, investors, strategic partners or acquirers.
What's in it for me? (Value & Benefits)
How do I quantify value received? What's my return on investment?
Liquidity Club delivers ROI through time saved, mistakes avoided, warm investor and expert connections, access to strategic partnerships, and exclusive content.
While ROI will vary by company, our goal is for your membership to deliver outsized value far beyond the costโwhether that’s accelerating your next round, avoiding a costly misstep, or unlocking a key partnership.
What benefits do members receive?
Liquidity Club access, expert connections, educational content, and participation in exclusive events.
Focus on Liquidity
What does "liquidity" mean in this context?
Liquidity includes the sourcing of new revenue, new capital for growth and liquidity exits through company sales, strategic partnering or IPOs.
How does Liquidity Club support funding and exits?
By offering verified investor access and expert support on strategic transactions.
What if I refer other members?
We want the Club community to grow and so do you. If you refer a new company member, we will pay and share with you 35% of first-year subscription fees paid to the Club by the new member.
How should I participate in and use the Club to maximize my return?
Getting the most value from your membership comes down to being intentional about how you engage. Start by putting real effort into your profileโthe more detail you provide about who you are and what you’re trying to accomplish, the easier it becomes for the right people to find and connect with you. Don’t wait for others to reach out; be proactive about connecting with other CEOs, investors, experts, and corporate partners who align with your goals. Make time for our forum eventsโthey’re designed to help you make better decisions and avoid costly mistakes that other members have already learned from. If you’re looking to expand into new markets, tap into the networks of accelerators and other CEOs who’ve already done what you’re trying to do. And definitely take advantage of our knowledge base and expert connections when you’re planning major strategic moves. The platform is designed to accelerate your progress, but like any tool, you get out what you put in.
Getting Started & Future
How do I join the Club?
You need a referral or invitation from a current member or Liquidity Club team. Submit your application and proof of eligibility.
How do referrals or invitations work?
Invitations can come from existing members or our internal team. You can also nominate yourself, and we’ll review your submission and let you know if it’s a fit.
What is happening during the pre-launch phase?
We are building our member base, refining our materials and content in the Club Library, sourcing and expanding the database supporting our bots “Virgil,” “Melvil,” “Sherpa AI” and other bots accessible through Silicon Valley Business School, integrating educational content, and scheduling the Club’s inaugural calendar of Forum events.
Verification Process
Why is member verification important?
Verification builds trust across the platform. It helps ensure every member is credible, experienced, and aligned with our standards, reducing risk and improving the quality of every connection.
How does verification work?
Umazi verifies credentials using checks like registry validation, banking relationships, and fraud risk analysis.
Is verification mandatory?
It’s not required, but it’s strongly recommended. Verified members build more trust and are more likely to get traction.
How long does verification take?
Most basic applications are reviewed within 5โ7 business days. Premium reviews may take a little longer.
Community & Trust
How is trust ensured?
Strict verification, invitation-only access, and credibility badges.
Who is in the Club community and how exclusive is it?
The Club considers and invites applications for new members referred by leading accelerators, experts, and other members. Company members are admitted if they have achieved some combination of product/market fit, innovation completion, team maturity, and/or mid-stage traction and growth. Earlier stage companies not eligible for admission are referred to Silicon Valley Business School for guidance, tools, and resources to set and achieve early-stage objectives.
What is expected of members?
We encourage members to actively participate, contribute value, and follow our code of conduct to help maintain a high-quality, trusted environment.
How is my data handled?
Liquidity Club applies strict privacy standards. Your data is never shared without consent and is used solely to improve your experience and recommendations.
How will the platform evolve? What are future plans for the Club?
We have a roadmap of improvements planned for version 2.0 of our platform after launch, but we’re also thinking much bigger about how we can create even more value for our community.
ย
In 2027 we’re planning to launch the Liquidity Club Private Fund. Here’s how it would work: our top-performing member companiesโroughly the top 20%โwould have the option to contribute equity into a shared exchange fund, essentially becoming fund limited partners. Annual funds will be established for each year’s participating companies. Member company LPs will participate proportionately in exits for their fund plus the subsequent four annual funds. This spreads both risk and returns across a rolling five-year period giving all company LPs the opportunity to participate in the Club’s collective success.
In 2029, we’ll launch the Liquidity Club Public Fund which will use blockchain technology to issue stablecoins backed by equity positions in our most promising member companies. This will provide public investors access to our startup community while providing additional capital directly to our companies.
ย
We’re also developing Liquidity Club Wealth Management Services which will be a platform providing guidance, tracking and wealth management solutions designed for the special needs of founders, executives and others in the global tech community building mid-market companies.
